Digital downloads are electronic files that can be purchased and downloaded from the internet. Digital downloads allow fast access to our resources.
Unlike physical products, digital products don’t require shipping or handling. This makes them convenient, accessible, and often more affordable. All of our resources are available as a digital download.

You will receive an email notification. This will contain a link to download the resource. If you can’t find the download notification email, check your spam or junk inbox.

The resource will open as a zip file. On Windows, double-click the ZIP file, then click “Extract All” in File Explorer. On Mac, double-click the ZIP file to extract it to the same folder location.
The resource files will download in a folder normally to your desktop or your download folder.

No, you do not need a serial number or code before you can install the software or use our resources. The resources you purchase can only be used in the institution or person that purchased them. Please read our Terms and Conditions.

No. Because of the nature of our resources we cannot send our resources out on approval or inspection. All orders are sent as firm orders only.
