Ordering

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We send all orders Royal Mail, first class recorded mail. You can usually expect items within the UK to arrive within two to three days from shipment. All orders require a signature on receipt. Please note that orders dispatched on a Friday will not normally arrive until the following Monday.

Large orders are sent Royal Mail, Special Delivery, next day.

You are welcome to send either your official requisition form or one of our order forms. You can find all our catalogue order forms| online. 

If you have purchased the instant download,once you have paid, we will send you a link to download the resource to your computer. The resource is a compressed zip file which will open on a computer or laptop, not a mobile phone.

Can I order History Interactive resources from outside the UK?

We ship our resources worldwide.

How do I order online?

To order online just follow these quick and easy steps: 1. Add the products to your basket. 2. Click View Basket or Checkout.

3. Click Checkout this order. 4. Follow the Checkout process. 5. Click the Place order button.

How can I return an incorrect, faulty or damaged item?

Should you receive any items that you did not order, or that prove to be faulty, please email us sales@historyinteractive.co.uk   or contact us by phone 0115 990 2130. (Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-6:00 pm, except for bank holidays) to obtain a replacement.

How much does delivery cost?

There is one standard delivery cost of £5.95 no matter how many products are ordered. Delivery charges to Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and overseas may be subject to variation, please call Customer Services on  0115 990 2130 for details.

Our resources

Do I need a code to activate the product for use?

No, you do not need a serial number before you can install the software or use our resources. The resources you purchase can only be used in the institution that purchased them. Please read our Terms and Conditions.

If I am not completely happy with something is there someone I can talk to or send a message to?

If you have any problems and need to discuss them with us please use the feedback form or any of the other contact methods that we have here.

What are my payment options with you?

Your payment options with us vary. If you are ordering from a school you can pay by invoice.  We will issue an invoice with 30 days credit after your order has been delivered. For online orders, electronic payment is required. If you are an individual you can order online and pay at the checkout.

How can I find out further advice on a product?

To get more advice on a product if the product description doesn’t answer your question, send an information request to our product team. Please include your name and telephone number and we will endeavour to answer all questions within 48 hours.

Do you offer inspection or evaluation copies of your resources?

No. because of the nature of our resources we cannot send our resources out on approval or inspection. All orders are sent as firm orders only. Please visit the free download section of our website to view samples.
